The EPIC Hybrid Training workout is a total body training program that helps people of any fitness level tap into their inner athlete. With fitness trends that come and go, EPIC Providence concentrates on proven core values of training that breeds results. We start with a foundation of functional body weight and strength training, toss in a hefty dose of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and top it off with some mobility drills to recover and restore your body.

EPIC Obstacle Training Runs

Brandon Dupont has been a personal trainer for 11 yrs in the Rhode Island area where he concentrated in multiple disciplines in the health and fitness industry.  He’s competed in natural body building competitions, is a nationally ranked elite obstacle course racer, tri-athlete, and former contestant on Steve Austin’s Broken Skull challenge just to name a few of his fitness accomplishments.

Born and raised in Warwick, RI, he started personal training at the age of 20. He took a short break from the RI fitness scene and moved to Savannah, GA to become a police officer. Realizing that his passion was in fitness, he left the police department and moved back to Rhode Island to start personal training again.

Three years later he decided that the EPIC Hybrid Training system is the way of the fitness future and is proud to bring you EPIC Hybrid Training – Providence.
